Eastern State Penitentiary - June 25th

Very excited about this weekend. I currently have back to back investigations at some great locations this weekend. I have been looking forward to this for about a month now.

Tomorrow night I am investigating Eastern State Penitentiary. It is going to be absolutely AMAZING.

Why do I say this? In my opinion, there are a few variables that will make this a night to remember. Let's take a look shall we...

First off, we will be 12 hours away from a full moon. The magnetic pull on the earth supposedly has an effect on spirits in a positive way. This should give spirits the ability to use less energy to make their presence known. In theory, they are enhanced by the magnetic field. Hopefully, giving them the extra needed energy to manifest themselves if they choose to do so.

Second, it will be a comfortable 72 degrees that night. Clear sky. 5 mph wind. I don't think we could ask for a better night to ghost hunt.
Rain and wind can really hinder an investigation in my opinion. I'd rather have a nice, calm night that allows for clear hearing and vision.

Thirdly, this will be a very small team of just 5 paranormal investigators. I am bringing 3 investigators from the TAPS Eastern State trip I went on back in April 2010. They know the layout and the rules of the prison. I believe this will help things go smoothly. This will be my forth trip to the prison I believe as well.

Forth, my new equipment. I have a slew of new toys to use in the field. I have been working with them for about a month and feel comfortable using them on an investigation at this time. Feel free to checkout my previous blog posts to get an idea of the new equipment I am referring to.

With all of this being said, I am confident we will have a great investigation. Stay tuned for the evidence from ESP after I sort through it in the next week or so.
